YOU ARE NOT CRAZY!

Gaslight :

Gaslighting is a form of emotional abuse where someone manipulates another person into doubting their own perceptions, memories, sanity, or reality, often to gain power and control. A gaslighter uses tactics like denying events, calling the victim "crazy" or "overreacting," or insisting something was said or done when it wasn't, making the victim feel confused, undermine, and unable to trust themselves.

The term originates from the play Gas Light, where a husband subtly dims gas lights and denies the change to make his wife think she's losing her mind.

This website exists to allow people to document various gaslighting attempts by our political leaders, the media, or industry.
